About
I’m Peter Sauer. I lead platform technology at a fintech in Berlin, and I spend my evenings running what is best described as a personal research lab: a knowledge system operated by more than a hundred AI agents that maintain it around the clock, watch my training recovery, and occasionally disagree with me.
This site is where the transferable parts of that work get written up. The recurring questions: how to orchestrate AI agents so they stay useful and governable, how systems thinking applies to organizations as much as to personal strategy, and what actually survives measurement, from developer productivity to heart rate variability.
I write for two audiences: people, and the agents that read for them. Every post has a plain markdown twin, the RSS feed carries full text, and /llms.txt is the machine-readable table of contents.
About this site
No CMS, no framework, no JavaScript. The whole site is generated by roughly 200 lines of Python (markdown in, HTML out) and served from a public GitHub repository. A post page weighs less than a typical favicon.
The source, generator included, lives at github.com/ptrsauer/consciousagency.io. That’s also the best place to reach me.
